The maximum number of Ethernet Networks that can be made with M340 are 3. But the maximum number of NOE module
supported is two whether or not you are having Ethernet Port embeded in BMX CPU.

Also this limit is not only limited to backplane this is the limitation of BMX CPU although you have expanded backplane you will
have this limitation as well.
