Follow the below steps
1. Open Unity Pro/Control Expert application backup.
2. In Project Browser > Communication > Networks > Double click on Ethernet configured network
3. In dialog box go to Security > Enabled the FTP & HTTP





Note:- These services can be disabled only on NOE firmware versions v6.0 or Higher. Refer the below image.
