No, BMENOC0311/BMENOC0301 supports  maximum 10/100 Mbits/sec of transmission rate. To get transmission rate of 1000Mbits/Sec , we have to use BMENOC0321 communication module which supports 10/100/1000 Mbps of transmission rate.

Note: For BMENOC0301/BMENOC0311, Schneider Electric recommends the default baud rate (Auto 10/100Mbits/sec). With this setting, connected devices perform auto-negotiation and thereby determine the fastest common transmission rate and duplex mode.
