Getting error "Clear State: Download not Possible" in EcoStruxure Control Expert for M580 Hot-standby CPU.
Check the rotary switch on the back of each M580 Hot Standby CPU to designate the role and make sure it should not be set on "Clear" to allow application download.
It seems that the CPU rotary switch is not assigned to either A or B and stayed at CLEAR position, so the program could not be downloaded.

To solve download error, Change rotary switch positions of HSBY CPUs as "A" and "B" respectively.
