BMXERT1604.2 with EcoStruxure Control Expert v14.1 is only supported with Standalone CPU with CRA version 2.1 or above and not supported with M580 HSBY.
However, it is supported with M580 Safety HSBY SV 3.10 and CRA V2.30 or higher.
For M580 HSBY, BMXERT1604.2 will be supported with EcoStruxure Control Expert v 15. There is no hotfix for Control Expert v14.1
