Follow the below steps to connect the battery connector:
1. Pull the battery connector from its seating.
2. Rotate the battery connector towards the pin slot.
3. Push the battery connector into the pin slot till it locks in position.
Note: Turn on the UPS(on mains or on battery) and check to ensure battery connector is connected properly. If its not connected properly UPS will fail to turn on.
