What is WN701 in LXM26 Servo Drives.
This is the Drive temperature fault. This can happen whether by real temperature reading is too high, or one of the sensors is malfunctioning.
The drive is designed for an ambient temperature of max. 40C.Up to 55C only with a current reduction of 1% per 1C
It has internal temperature monitoring on the power stage and processor board. The temperature thresholds for the LXM are as follows:
Warning (WN701) @59° Fault (Al016) @64°
A higher temperature would destroy the drive. So it`s not settable.
Somove visualize the current temperature are given below. Please check these values through Somove
PWR_DEG : Drive Temperature-power Stage
CTRL_DEG : Drive Temperature-Controller
Important is also the correct mounting of the drives. Please note the instructions Especially the mounting distances and ventilation.
Is the surface hot and fan active?
If you set P0-02 to 16 you`ll see on the Display the power stage temperature in HMI (°C).
