What is the procedure for EcoStruxure Machine Expert License transfer from once PC to another PC

Open License Manager click on the check box of the Machine expert license as per the attached image and then press return button.

the license activation id  will be returned to the server and after then for activation of the machine expert in another PC put the same
activation id .
Note: you can only perform the above said operation with an activation twice in one year.
