What is AL573 error in Lexium28/26 drives

AL573 - Encoder bad position / Encoder returned position values ​​are no longer considered valid.

Possible causes for this fault could be:

> The encoder has not been calibrated.

> Encoder supply voltage has decreased in operational value.

> The supply voltage dropped below the operational value' due to problems in the drive power supply circuits.

> Defect in motor encoder hardware.

Recommendations:

Once you can check by upgrading the firmware and check if the issue persists.

if yes then please swap encoder cable , motor , drive to know where is the issue.

But normally in AL573 the issue is encoder hardware fault and so you have to replace the motor.

is it drive or the motor check faulty motor with good drive and good motor with fault drive.

if repetitive failure is happening then please send the fault drive with motor for TEX analysis to know the root cause.
