No, the RCCBs xID 4P 63-40-25A 30mA A-SI ref.A9N16321, A9N16324 and A9N16327 cannot be used under a network with Ue (L/L)=200Vac because the test button will not operate.
The test circuit is connected between Neutral and left side Phase as indicated in the diagram marked on the product so it must be used in 3 Phases + Neutral network with Ue (L/L)=380-415Vac ±10%.
