SERVICE port (ETH1) can be configured either as a āAccess Modeā or āPort mirror Modeā.
When the SERVICE port is configured in access mode, then you can access devices in a M580 network via any tool.
When the SERVICE port is configured in port mirror mode, you cannot access devices ā that is, you cannot ping other devices
by connecting a PC to ETH1 in port mirror mode.
