What do if UPS model SRV5KUXI-IN is giving less back up?
Probable cause:
1. Weak batteries.
2. The Easy-UPS battery is discharged due to a recent power outage.
3. The battery is near the end of its service life.
Possible Solution:
1. Check the load percentage via the display.
2. Frequent power failures would lead to low battery, ensure the batteries are allowed to charge completely after every discharge.
3. If the battery is near the end of its service life, consider replacing the battery, even if the replace battery indicator is not illuminated.
In case if the issue persists even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint.
