How to unlock M580 Safety IO module to do configuration changes in Control Expert Safety?
Lock/Unlock button is available in blue color on the top of M580 safety IOs module. To UNLOCK a module, push and hold the BLUE button for more than 3 seconds until the LCK LED flashes fast. LOCK led is stop glowing.
Module will use new configuration if new configuration is already downloaded to M580 Safety CPU. Refer below image to locate Locked/Unlocked button on M580 Safety IO.
