Probable cause: The equipment connected to the UPS is drawing more power than the rated power of the UPS. 

Possible Solution :                                                                                                                                                         

• Disconnect nonessential equipment from the Easy-UPS to eliminate the overload condition. 
• Wait for the Easy-UPS to auto-recover.
• If still error is popped, restart the unit.
• Switch off the output and disconnect the unit from the main power supply. 
• Disconnect external batteries.
• Reconnect the batteries and switch on the utility power and check whether the issue is resolved.

In case if the issue persists even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint.
