Error 141 means that the dongle did not accept the code, which can be for any of the normal reasons - missing characters, extra characters or wrong key inserted.
Refer the below points.
1.Check that the key was copied and pasted carefully. Copy the key into Notepad and ensure to extra characters exist. Delete the space if it is available at the beginning or end of code.
2.If you have multiple dongles, check that you are using right code for inserted dongle.
3.If it still doesn't work, the key may have been generated incorrectly. Request to ordersRO@se.com for providing a new locking code.
