Enterprise Server (ES) or Enterprise Central (EC) can assign incorrect IP address in case there are VMWare, VirtualBox, Virtual NIC or multiple NICs on the PC (Applicable for EBO ≥ 2.0).
Please refer below steps to configure preferred Network Interface Card (NIC) for an ES or EC;
1. Open File Explorer and go to below location;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric EcoStruxure\Building Operation 2.0\Enterprise Central\etc\config\ES.properties.
2. Open the file in a text editor.
3. In the file, search for "NspServer.nic.select".
4. Enter the name of the preferred NIC from your OS and save the file.
5. Restart ES/SC.
