The error might be showing as 'A user is already logged on to another tab. Redirect and continue with current session.'
This was a defect which was fixed in EBO consolidated hotfix R3.2.1.2000 (CP1).
Cannot use another user to login into same WebStation session in Kiosk mode ADv3 Tablet - Defect #45980
It is suggested that AS-P should be upgraded to EBO v3.2.2 or v3.2.3.59 as above fix is also included in these versions and being later versions, these would include other fixes too.
Please approach Local Technical Support if above EBO hotfix or software are not available.
