AS-P-S and AS-P-NLS are failing to create new database/DFU with EBO v3.x.x or lower but can be upgraded to EBO 2022 (v4.x) without any issues.
AS-P-S and AS-P-NLS do not support EBO version 3.2. You must use EBO 2022 or later versions.
