Not able to transfer project file to IPC Series or SP5000 Series Open Box using default IP address?

This is a restriction for iPC or SP5000 Series Open Box models. Default IP address cannot be used for transferring the project.

For ethernet mode transfer for iPC or SP5000  Series Open Box models, change the default IP address.

For other models, default or factory-set IP address can be used for transferring the project file.
