Below are the steps to access the webpage of STBNIP2311 on Microsoft Edge.
- Upgrade the firmware of STBNIP2311 to SV5.0 or later. Click here for more details. As the HTTP port is disabled by default after upgrading the firmware of STBNIP2311, download the configuration after enabling HTTP/FTP in the NIP module using Advantys configuration software V12 or later.
- Install Java version8.202 and restart the PC. Refer the attachment for Java.
- Open the internet option and add the IP of NIP into trusted sites. Refer the below screen shot.
- Right click on the Microsoft Edge icon and select property.
- Go to compatibility tab and check the option “Run this program in compatibility mode for”
- Select Windows 7 form drop down menu. Refer the below snapshot.
After doing above setting you can access webpage of STBNIP module.
