UPS Display is showing " Inverter Inoperable " In the Easy 3L UPS?
What is Inverter:
The Inverter Switches the DC Power from Rectifier/Battery into AC Power this called Inverter.
Problem:
The few possible causes for the same include tripped inverter, battery disconnected, battery terminals loose, weak battery, discharged battery or battery terminals are reversed etc.
Possible Cause:
The following causes triggers Inverter Inoperable
  1. Input MCB inside the inverter might have tripped
  2. Input fuse inside the inverter is blown
  3. SC under Voltage
  4. DC Over Voltage
  5. AC Over Voltage
  6. Inverter Filter PCB became faulty
  7. Inverter Power PCB became faulty
Possible Solution:
Check the input MCB. If tripped, put it in the ON state, otherwise, we can restart UPS.
To restart the system, follow these steps:
How to turn Off the UPS:
  1. Put Input Breaker (UIB) in Off condition
  2. Battery Breaker (BB) in Off condition
  3. and then finally Output Breaker (UOB)
How to turn ON the UPS:
  1. Put Input Breaker (UIB) in ON condition
  2. Battery Breaker (BB) in ON condition
  3. and then finally Output Breaker (UOB) in ON condition

If the error persists even after trying the above steps, please contact Schneider Electric and log the complaint.
