UPS Display is showing " DC Voltage Incorrect" In the Easy 3L UPS?
What is DC Voltage:
The DC in voltage and current stands for “direct current” or “constant polarity”. A DC voltage is a constant voltage that drives the current in one direction. This means the current flows in one direction.
DC power is widely used in low voltage applications such as charging batteries, automotive applications, aircraft applications and other low voltage, low current applications.
Problem:
  • If the DC bus voltage is lesser/higher than the bus limit voltage.
  • Probable causes:
  • Inverter Filter PCB became faulty
  • Inverter Power Board became faulty
Possible Solution:
  • Check Inverter Filter PCB
  • Check Inverter Power Board PCBA
  • Restarting the UPS.

To Restart the UPS please follow the below steps:
How to turn Off the UPS:
  1. Put Input Breaker (UIB) in Off condition
  2. Battery Breaker (BB) in Off condition
  3. and then finally Output Breaker (UOB)
How to turn ON the UPS:
  1. Put Input Breaker (UIB) in ON condition
  2. Battery Breaker (BB) in ON condition
  3. and then finally Output Breaker (UOB) in ON condition
In case if error persist even after trying the above troubleshooting, please contact Schneider Electric and log the complaint.
