Discrepancies in these IDs can lead to data inconsistencies. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Register your site using the correct ‘Account ID’.
2. Input the correct ‘Account ID’ when extracting your data file.
3. Upload data onto the appropriate PA customer site.
