Does Masterpact NW breaker chassis have the earthing point to connect the cable?

There is one hole per side on NW chassis with symbol of grounding, see the picture below. it is for customer to connect the PE cable to the side of the chassis to earth the chassis, the section of the PE cable 10mm² cable.
