Resolution

A USB flash drive will be needed in order to download the event log from the AccuSine.

The flash drive needs to be formatted to the FAT32 storage type.  The following steps are provided to format the drive to FAT32 in case it is not already formatted to FAT32.  These instructions are for Windows PC's. If the drive is not formatted to FAT32, it could cause errors to occur when downloading the event log.

Note: Formatting the USB drive will erase all data on the drive.

  1. Connect the drive to your computer.
  2. Open File Explorer and navigate to "This PC".
  3. Right-click on the drive you want to format and select "Format".
  4. Choose "FAT32" from the "File system" dropdown.
  5. Click "Start" to begin the formatting process.

  1. Once the drive has been formatted, insert the USB drive into the USB-A port below the HMI or into one of the USB-A ports on the back of the HMI.

  2. Use the HMI to navigate to the Event Log
