Where we can change setting of "enable IP ping for SP-C controller" in security expert?

SP-C controller does not reply the ping request because ping is disabled by default for the Ethernet connection on SP-C.

Ping request can be re-enabled via Controller Command in Security expert application.

Solution:-

Below are the steps to re-enable the ping command thru security expert application:-

Open security expert application, Go to Site >> controller >> General >> Command

Expand the Commands tab and set command “EnablePing = true” as mentioned in below snap.

Note:- For security it should be disabled after by entering EnablePing=false in the controller's Commands window and Save.
