Issue: You see a "No Internet" notification in the Wiser App or the Network icon LED on the EMD turns red.
This issue occurs when EMD is not connected to Wi-Fi or when there is no internet. Schneider Electric recommends you check your Wi-Fi signal. If there's no Wi-Fi connection or if the signal is weak, the EMD cannot sync information to Wiser app. But, once the connection is restored, EMD will sync the data. After trying the suggested workarounds, if the issue is not resolved, contact Support center.
