Why is the EMD data in the Wiser App incorrect for ENMOD3P?

Issue: You see no value or negative value for EMD on Wiser App.

This issue occurs when EMD including CT polarity is not configured properly. To resolve this issue, Schneider electric recommends you install and configure CT orientation as mentioned in the instructional manual. For more information, see Installing the device. After trying the suggested workarounds, if the issue is not resolved, contact Support center
