Regions like Mexico generally uses a residential voltage of 127 V, while Jamaica uses 110 V phase voltage.

Resolution

APC by Schneider Electric recognizes this and made it possible for other regions like Mexico and Jamaica to use our products by configuring the output voltage settings to either 110, 120 or 127 V. Please see instructions below on how to change the output voltage settings on the LCD display of the UPS.

To change output voltage settings on SMC models, we need to enter on Configuration mode. Hold the MUTE and MENU buttons together for 2 seconds until the system emits a short beep and the display will flash to indicate the UPS has entered Configuration Mode. When in Configuration Mode, press the MENU button to cycles the display through the available options and search for Out 120V. Press on the MUTE button and select the desired output voltage (not available on some models).

To change output voltage settings on SMT, SMX models, we need to change the Menu type to Advanced. Go to Configuration then select Menu Type and set it to Advanced. Go back to Configuration then select Output voltage and select the desired Output voltage configuration.

To change output voltage settings on SMTL models, we need to change the Menu type to Advanced. Go to Config Menu then select Display and go to Menu type and change it to Advanced. Go back to Config Menu and select Low or High Transfer, then select the desired output.

For those units above with a network card, we can change it under Configuration Menu then select Power Settings and select the Rated Output Voltage. Kindly see below reference:
