Issue : After applying both the primary and secondary licenses in EPO, the client machine is not running as expected. The Runtime Manager is automatically shutting down and displaying a software failure message indicating "no license or no key."
Error – “Software Protection Failure .No key found or no license available from network.”

Cause: Client System Setup Wizard settings. If the Control Client option is enabled with a full license Client machine.

Follow the below given steps :
§Open the Power operation Studio application PSO folder
§Select the Projects click on Setup Wizard.
§After that open the pop-up screen of Computer Setup Wizard.
§After that select the by default option .
§When Control Setup Role open in Setup Wizard Setting .
§In Control Setup Role the Control Client should be disabled the Full License
