Solution:

The troubleshooting steps performed were as follows:

Opened GS Server Configuration and navigated to System Configuration > WebX.

Verified that:

HTTP was configured to use Port 80.

Allow local connections only was checked.

In the Local Proxy section, verified that:

HTTP Port set to 80.

Unticked the Allow local connections only option.

Restarted the Geo SCADA Server.

After restarting the server and verifying the backup.
