싱젠 팡 (PANG Xingjian)

PANG Xingjian is Zone President, East Asia, Schneider Electric. Appointed to his current role in January 2024, Pang is tasked with leading growth in the East Asia Zone with a focus on sustainability, energy management and next generation automation.   Pang is responsible for leading Schneider Electric East Asia’s 14 countries and 12,000 employees across more than 100 sales, production, logistics, and R&D facilities across the zone.

Previously, Pang served as SVP Industrial Automation, China where he became adept at leveraging Schneider’s extensive experience in Industrial Automation and Energy Management to drive the resilience, efficiency, and sustainable development of a wide range of industry sectors through digital transformation, energy efficiency, software-centric sustainability and smart green manufacturing solutions.

Pang joined Schneider Electric in 2002. During his time in Schneider, he has worked across multiple business units and functions including Product Management and Marketing Operations.   He has also held several executive positions including VP of OEM Business China and VP of Global OEM Industry & Asia Pacific Front-End Business.

Pang graduated from Lanzhou University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Technology and Equipment. He also holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai University and an Executive MBA from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
