Load (PC to Sepam) and Upload (Sepam to PC) options are greyed out in SFT2841 when connected to a Sepam relay

How to load a settings file into a Sepam relay or unload a settings file from the relay to a PC when the Load and Unload options are greyed out

Resolution:
Sepam 20 Series Relay:
To load or upload a file for the Sepam 20 series relay the password must be entered first via the key icon button located in the upper left hand corner of SFT2841 (not the front display of the relay). Click the key icon and enter the password (0000 by default) then load or upload the file needed (Sepam > Load or Sepam > Upload).

Sepam 20, 40, and 80 Series Relay:
To load or upload a file one must have an active connection to the relay. Do not open the file that you wish to load as it is not associated with a relay yet, if you already have it open close out of SFT2841 and establish a connection with the relay. Once an active connection is established with the relay, click Sepam, then load or upload the file needed. Only the Sepam 20 series relay requires the password to be entered first as noted above.
