Why are the tabs "Control", "Diagnostic" and "Maintenance" greyed out on the ION7550, ION7650, ION8600 and ION8650 onboard webpages (Webmeter)?

Why are the tabs "Control", "Diagnostic" and "Maintenance" greyed out on the ION7550, ION7650, ION8600 and ION8650 onboard webpages (Webmeter)?

Resolution
This is normal behavior. All Schneider Electric web-enabled devices use the same webpage template, but not all tabs are applicable to every device. For these ION meters, the "Control", "Diagnostic", and "Maintenance" tabs are not functional and therefore appear greyed out.

If you need to perform control, diagnostic, or maintenance operations, use ION Setup or Power Monitoring Expert (PME) software, which provide full access to these features.
