ION Enterprise v5.6 Service Pack 2 (SP2) does not contain the .cfg file for the ION7550 and ION7650 with firmware v352 causing Designer to show all the modules for the meter on 1 page instead of the correct folders.
Goals and Symptoms
When adding an ION7550 or ION7650 (FW V352) into an ION Enterprise v5.6 SP2 system, ION Enterprise Designer will not be able to find the .cfg diagram file. Therefore, all the modules are scattered on one page instead of being in the correct folders. ION Enterprise v5.6 SP2 is looking for the v3.3.2 .cfg diagram file. Please note that v3.3.2 dgm (Vista diagram) is available in ION Enterprise v5.6 SP2.
Causes and Fixes
Apply the ION7550 / ION7650 Device Support updater file to the ION Enterprise system, ION 7650 / ION 7550 v350 (Mar 2009). This file can be found on http://www.powerlogic.com for United States customers or http://www.global.powerlogic.com for International customers.
