Incorrect ION Enterprise Vista diagram opens after an ION meter's firmware and template are upgraded.
Delete the ION meter's tree file to resolve the issue. To do this do the following:
1) Stop all ION Services (Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services)
2) Navigate to the ...\ION Enterprise\config\trees directory
3) Delete the file with the meter name that is experiencing the issue
4) Start all ION Services
