Why does my ATV31 or ATV312 have a blank display or not power up?

Cause:
The digital display is blank, or the drive will not power up.
Resolution:
Troubleshooting Tips:
Check the line voltage on L1 L2 L3 to see if the input voltages are balanced.
Checked the DC bus on PA+ and PC- or + - terminals. 480VAC line voltage will give you a 680VDC bus, 230VAC Line voltage will give you a 330 VDC bus.
Check the +24VDC to com and the +10VDC to COM (not ground).
Remove any or all control wires from the terminals of the drive then power up.
There are no repair parts for the ATV31 or ATV312 drives. So if the drive is inoperable, it will need to be replaced.
