Why does an ATV312 only show Ref and Sup menus?

Issue:
ATV312 drive only showing Ref and Sup menus

Product Line:
ATV312 Drives

Resolution:
The drive menus may be locked.

Go to SUP menu and then parameter COd
If COd is set to ON the drive has been locked.

To temporarily unlock the drive you have to change the COd parameter to the password and press ENT.
This will unlock the drive until the power is cycled to the drive.

To permanently unlock the drive you must set the COd parameter to OFF after entering the password.
