Issue
When sending configuration and settings from configuration tool to EM4800/E4800 meter, an error occurs stating "Please review the reporting window times and reporting time zone. The current values are invalid. The reporting window must be smaller than 24hrs, it must be greater than or equal to zero".

Cause
The Reporting Schedule "Start Time" and "End Time" are not set up correctly.
Resolution
The error in the screenshot below appears when one attempts to save the configuration. This error is due to the default start and end time in the report section.
Note that, the device takes time in UTC while defining the Start Time and End Time of the reporting schedule. For example, pacific time is UTC-8, incorporate the offset in desired reporting time, save the configuration again.
