What would cause "SoMove encountered an unexpected error" when you launch SoMove?

What causes some versions of SoMove install to not launch the program?

Resolution:
This issue was found in SoMove V2.6.5 and was linked to the fonts installed on the PC.  Please review the attached document for details.
If this issue persists in more recent version of SoMove please notify Schneider Electric technical support.
