Video: Why can it be difficult to remove the battery and power modules from a Symmetra LX frame?

Battery Module
While module replacement is typically seamless, the following explains why removing the battery and power modules from the frame can sometimes be difficult. (See images below)
At times, the opening at the lower front of the battery and power modules can become caught on a protruding part of the frame, as shown in the images above. This can prevent the modules from sliding out easily.
To remove the module, hold the handle or upper portion of the PM or BM, then lift it slightly. This will disengage the module from the protruding part of the frame. Once released, you should be able to pull it out smoothly.
Note:
The battery module weighs approximately 18 kg (40 lbs) and may be heavy. Assistance or proper lifting equipment is recommended when removing it.
