What is the part number for the terminal block (adaptor) used for LRD4/LR2D4 overload relay to get it mounted on a LC1D115 & LC1D150 contactor?

Is LA7D3058 required to mount LRD4 Overload relays on LC1D115 and LC1D150 Contactors?

Resolution:
LRD4*** overload relays don't require any additional terminal blocks to mount directly onto LC1D115 and LC1D150 Contactors. The LRD4*** overload relay is shipped with the adaptor.
LRD4*** Overloads attach beneath the contactor directly.

However, should the adaptor become damaged or lost, the LA7D3058 adaptor is the replacement.
