The CPU module must be in STOP mode and the NOE must have NO TCP traffic. 2. A loss of power during the upgrade may cause a NOE module to be inoperable. Make sure the power supply on the NOE rack will not be interrupted during the upgrade. For Unity Pro User (Unity OS Loader) 1. Follow procedure in the Quantum Upgrade Procedure document attached below . 2. Get and extract the exec and web page combined file to a directory on the PC 3. Using the Unity OS loader download the exec and web pages to the NOE module. NOTE: Please note that if the upgrade of the firmware fails for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer, through their Schneider Electric Sales contact, to send the module in to the Schneider Electric Repair facility have it repaired. If you are not comfortable with assuming this risk, then you can send the module to the Schneider Electric Repair facility for the firmware upgrade, through your Schneider Electric Sales contact.
