I've made a configuration change to an M340 Analog card and now when I try to build the following message appears, "Process aborted: this tool is not ready." What should I do?

Unity is prompting you to "Validate" the change. The "validate" check mark appears just below the top menu bar.
There is a screen capture in the attached document which shows the "Validate" button.
