Issue:
ATV61 and ATV71 VW3A1101 remote keypad does not allow any selections to be made when pushing the enter button.

Environment:

Cause:
Enter button does not appear to work.

Resolution:
Make sure the drive is not running first.
Try swapping out the HMI keypads
Check to see if the buttons on the face of the drive work.
Try mounting the remote HMI on the face of the drive to see if the enter button works.
Try swapping out the cables.
Try using the modbus Canopen port vs the hmi port.
