Issue:
R1 relay contacts on the ATS48 stuck

Cause:
R1 contacts appear to be stuck and will not open when the Soft starter is powered down or when the unit faults.

Resolution:
The contacts are not opening because they are welded closed. Check your load that the contacts are feeding.  If they are exceeding the specs in the table below you will need to add an interposing relay.
You can not repair these R contacts so you will need to replaced the main control board on the ATS48 soft starter with part number VX4G481.
