Issue:
What would cause the ATV61 drive mounted inside a MCC to show a PRA status?

All with HOA
Cause:
HOA was miswired PWR input was wired to LI3 auto manual and HOA was wired to PWR input
Resolution:
Troubleshoot this circuit by checking the status of PWR input. In this case the HOA was wired in error to the PWR input. So the Drive is Rdy in hand and off but goes to PWR when they switch to Auto.
Moved the wire from LI3 to PWR and from PWR to LI3
Now it works.
