No. One EMC filter cannot be used for more drives. This filter in not standalone product. It is designed for use with ATV only (one filter for one drive).
If you use one filter for more drives, then :
- first, there will be too much current via the inductive part of the filter and so filter gets overloaded and
- second, the attenuation of high-frequency conducted emission will not be achieved in the same way as it is declared for one filter + one drive.
