This is because the current driver driver does not handle frameworks with gaps in recorders properly. To fix the issue we have following workaround. Please correct template of all ION meters as follows using latest ION Setup.
- Open Advanced Configuration Mode for the meter to be edited
- Navigate to Data Rec Module > EgyDmd
- The Energy Demand log is configured to use Sources 8,9,10, As by default it uses Sources 1,2,3
- Edit the Inputs and change the Inputs to use Sources 1,2 and 3.
- This must be done for all ION meters communicating to PSO over ION protocol
