Issue
When using the EM4800 configuration Tool and an error message that says "The Current Meter Cannot be connected To" over ethernet communications.

Cause
This happens when a static IP address is not being used. If you are using a dynamic IP address this error can occur.
Resolution
You must enable DHCP in the EM4800 Configuration Tool. See Picture below to select DHCP Enable.
